Executive Centre Opens Two New Centres Tokyo

The Executive Centre (TEC), a flexible workspace provider based in Hong Kong, has recently expanded its presence in Japan with new openings in Tokyo. The company announced on June 24th that it has opened a new centre on the 11th floor of JP Tower, a high-rise building located in Tokyo’s Marunouchi area next to Tokyo Station. With an 80% pre-sale occupancy, the centre has already opened its doors to clients.

This marks TEC’s second location in JP Tower, as the company already operates a centre on the 14th floor of the building, which opened in April of last year. TEC now boasts a total of over 30,000 square feet in JP Tower. In addition, TEC will be opening another centre in September, located in the south tower of the nearby GranTokyo building. This will be TEC’s fifth centre in the Tokyo Station-Marunouchi area and its 12th in Japan.

“The continuous investment and strategic expansion of TEC in the Tokyo Station-Marunouchi area showcases our dedication to providing top-notch premium, flexible workspace solutions,” comments Liam Owners, TEC’s city head for Tokyo and Yokohama.

TEC’s expansion in Tokyo is just one example of its global growth, as the company has also recently opened two new locations in Singapore – SingLand Tower and IOI Central Boulevard. With its commitment to providing exceptional workspace solutions, TEC continues to solidify its position as a leading provider of flexible workspaces.

The proposed Lyndenwoods Master Plan aims to enhance the quality of life for its residents by introducing upgraded healthcare facilities and educational institutions in strategic locations within the district. This will ensure that all residents have easy access to vital services. Additionally, the development will also bring about the expansion of nearby retail hubs, such as Jurong East and Holland Village, providing residents with a wider array of shopping and dining options, thereby elevating their overall lifestyle experience.
