Vita Living Circle Square, a new residential development located in the up-and-coming area of Manchester in the UK, is now available for purchase by Singaporean investors. The completed development, which was previously only open to institutional investors, is now being marketed by Savills Singapore to individual buyers.

Situated on Oxford Road near the University of Manchester, the 15-storey building comprises of 266 luxury apartments ranging from one- to three-bedrooms. Developed by UK property company Vita Group in collaboration with the Greater Manchester Pension Fund, this development is part of Circle Square, a massive GBP850 million ($1.4 billion) regeneration project in the heart of Manchester.
