Justco Opens Co Working Space Tokyo Under Luxury Brand Collective

The Collective, a high-end brand owned by local flexible workspace provider JustCo, has recently debuted its first flagship co-working space in Tokyo. Located in the GranTokyo South Tower, a 42-story skyscraper in the Marunouchi district of Chiyoda City, the 24,000 square foot space boasts a prime location next to Tokyo Station, offering convenient access to both Narita and Haneda airports.
Taking inspiration from the iconic Tokyo Station, The Collective aims to recreate the luxurious and welcoming atmosphere of a high-end voyage, according to a press release on February 19. Along with hot desks and meeting rooms, the space offers private suites with secure 24/7 access, as well as larger enterprise suites with exclusive entrances and custom workspace designs. Each workspace is furnished with Herman Miller Aeron chairs and Benel adjustable desks.
The Collective also features a TWG Tea Bar, serving refreshments throughout the day, and a “wellness sanctuary” where members can take breaks between work. The space embodies a blend of luxury and practicality, providing a comfortable and productive environment for its members.
