Sim Lian Group has announced that their newest executive condo, Aurelle of Tampines, will open for e-application on February 22. The 760-unit EC is located at Tampines Street 62 in Tampines North and is set to be the first new EC project launch of 2025.

Situated just a short five-minute walk away from the upcoming Tampines North Transport Hub, Aurelle of Tampines offers convenient access to various amenities. These include the Tampines North MRT Station, which is part of the future Cross Island Line scheduled to open in 2030, as well as an air-conditioned bus interchange. Next to Aurelle of Tampines is the 618-unit EC, Tenet, which is jointly developed by Qingjian Realty and Santarli Realty. Launched in December 2022, Tenet has sold 617 units at an average price of $1,385 per square foot. The highest transacted price for a unit in Tenet was $2.26 million, or $1,651 per square foot, for a 1,367 sq ft unit in December. As of February 21, only one unit is still available for sale in Tenet.

E-application for Aurelle of Tampines will start on February 22 and end on March 4, with sales bookings commencing on March 8. ERA, Huttons, OrangeTee and PropNex are the appointed marketing agents for Aurelle of Tampines.
