Esr Reit Completes Divestment Two Properties Lok Yang Road 68 Mil

On March 24, ESR-REIT announced in a bourse filing that it has completed the divestment of two properties, 1 Third Lok Yang Road and 4 Fourth Lok Yang Road, for a sale consideration of $6.8 million. This represents a 3.5% premium above the properties’ valuation of $6.6 million.

ESR-REIT’s portfolio now comprises of 71 properties, with the exclusion of 48 Pandan Road held through a joint venture. These properties are located in Singapore, Japan, and Australia.
