SINGAPORE (May 26): Global property consultancy JLL has appointed Rosari Chia as head of office leasing advisory for Indonesia with immediate effect. This is part of a series of appointments in JLL Indonesia’s leadership team.
Global property consultancy JLL has announced the appointment of Rosari Chia as the new head of office leasing advisory for Indonesia, effective immediately. This appointment marks the latest addition to JLL Indonesia’s expanding leadership team, following the recent appointments of Vivin Harsanto as head of growth and Panji Aziz as head of tenant representation in March.
According to the firm’s press release on May 14, Chia’s appointment is aimed at strengthening JLL’s market position and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customized services for its clients in Indonesia. She will also join the company’s country leadership team, working closely with executives from different business lines in the region.
Farazia Basarah, the country head of JLL Indonesia, expressed her confidence in Chia’s ability to lead the office leasing platform in Indonesia, stating that she is the “natural choice” for the role due to her extensive local experience and strong client relationships.
