”CBRE has renewed its global agreement with Deutsche Bank, continuing to provide integrated facilities management services in most markets, with the exception of Germany, Luxembourg, and Italy. The agreement also includes advisory and transaction services for the bank’s real estate portfolio, which spans over 50 countries. According to a press release, CBRE’s services will contribute to cost savings for the bank by enhancing workplace experiences and increasing office utilisation through improved operational excellence. The partnership between CBRE and Deutsche Bank began in 2010 when the former was contracted to provide facilities management services in select European, Middle Eastern, and African markets. CBRE’s Chief Financial Officer, Emma Giamartino, expressed gratitude for the continued trust and growth of the relationship with Deutsche Bank over the past 15 years.
