The marketing agent, Brilliance Capital, has set a guide price of around $3.93 million or $650 per square foot (psf) for the total strata area of 6,049 square feet.

This price reflects a decrease of almost 13% from the previous marketing price of $4.5 million ($744 psf) in October last year, when Brilliance Capital was also the appointed marketing agent. “We are excited to reintroduce this exceptional asset to the market at a more attractive price point,” says Sammi Lim, the founder and executive director of Brilliance Capital.
