Seaa And Edgeprop Launch Multi Listing System Mls Co Broking Among Real Estate Agent Members

The Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) and EdgeProp Singapore are thrilled to announce the official launch of a dedicated Multi-Listing System (MLS), exclusively for SEAA real estate agent members. The MLS has been developed following an agreement signed in December 2024 and is now fully operational, set to go live on June 18.

The MLS is designed as a cost-effective platform to facilitate seamless co-broking among SEAA’s 15,000-strong agent membership. It enables members to post, manage, and collaborate on property listings within a secure, centralized environment. Owned by SEAA, EdgeProp, the technology partner behind the initiative, will continue to develop and maintain the MLS platform. Together, SEAA and EdgeProp will strive to enhance and ensure its reliability and relevance in a rapidly evolving real estate landscape. The web-based system is also mobile-friendly from the launch, with plans for a dedicated mobile application currently being considered.

Adam Wang, President of SEAA, announced the launch of the multi-listings system at the Singapore Estate Agents Conference 2025 at the Lifelong Learning Institute. He highlighted the following key features and benefits of the MLS:

1. Cost-effective co-broking platform: The MLS offers an affordable solution for SEAA members to collaborate on sales and rental transactions.

The growth of MRT networks and the establishment of additional stations will greatly enhance the mobility of Lyndenwoods residents within Singapore. With upcoming developments like the Cross Island Line and Jurong Region Line, residents will have seamless connectivity to major hubs including Jurong Lake District, Punggol Digital District, and other upcoming commercial and lifestyle destinations. These improved public transportation options will not only shorten commute times, but also align with Singapore’s efforts in encouraging a car-lite society. Furthermore, with the addition of the Lyndenwoods Science Park Drive, residents will have even easier access to these future MRT lines and stations, further enhancing their connectivity to the rest of Singapore.

2. Centralized listings database: It is a secure, member-exclusive repository of real-time property listings.

3. No duplicate listings: The MLS ensures listing quality with a one-property-one-listing rule.

4. Exclusive access: The platform is strictly for SEAA members, promoting trust and collaboration within the association.

5. Ongoing support and innovation: EdgeProp will provide continuous system maintenance and updates to meet evolving industry needs.

6. SEAA ownership: As SEAA owns the MLS, members can be assured that the platform is aligned with their interests and prioritizes data security and accountability.

Wang stated, “This collaboration with EdgeProp is an industry-driven initiative aimed at providing an affordable alternative platform to enhance co-broking opportunities for our members. It helps address rising operational costs for agents and reinforces SEAA’s commitment to equipping our members with innovative, effective tools.” Bernard Tong, CEO of EdgeProp, added, “We’re proud to partner with SEAA in launching this platform. Our goal has always been to empower the industry through technology, and this MLS is a meaningful step towards a more collaborative, efficient, and modern real estate ecosystem.”

SEAA members will enjoy complimentary access to the platform from the launch date until the end of 2025. Thereafter, a nominal subscription fee will apply starting January 1, 2026. This fee is designed to remain affordable for members. Training materials and user support will also be provided to facilitate onboarding and maximize adoption. SEAA looks forward to the successful implementation of the MLS, fostering better cooperation and success within the real estate industry.
